ProCare Therapy is actively recruiting a Part-Time Teacher for the Visually Impaired for an exciting opportunity in the Westport, MA area. This contract position is for the 2023-2024 school year, with a pay range of $35 - $45 per hour. The selected candidate will work with a diverse caseload of 13 students across middle, high school, and some elementary levels.


  • Provide specialized instruction for visually impaired students in middle, high school, and some elementary grades.
  • Complete one evaluation and renew one report at a meeting.
  • Collaborate with other educators and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
  • Work part-time, 3-4 days a week, as the schedule allows.


  • Valid Teacher for the Visually Impaired (TVI) license.
  • Ability to start as soon as possible and commit to the end of the school year.
  • Experience working with visually impaired students.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
