Job around Iron River, WI - Part-Time Teacher of the Visually Impaired
I am assisting a school district in the Iron River, WI area who is in search of a Teacher of the Visually Impaired.
This will be a part-time job, working between 25 and 30 hours a week, in a school setting, as soon as possible.
Your roles and responsibilities as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired are:
- Prepare student IEP.
- Design instruction and record progress of students.
- Maintain appropriate student data and other records.
- Develop instructional plans when necessary.
- Manage student caseloads.
- Articulate curriculum between student levels.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications for this job near Iron River, WI:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with an emphasis in appropriate field.
- Have a valid WI teaching credential in one of the following areas of specialty: Education Specialist in Visual Impairment or Specialist Instruction in Visually Handicapped.
