Teacher for the Visually Impaired
Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified and dedicated Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time position will run from September 2, 2025, through June 16, 2026, and will support students with visual impairments across a variety of educational settings.
Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative services to students with visual impairments

Adapt instructional materials to meet student needs
-
Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP development

Collaborate with general and special education staff to support inclusion
-
Support students in acquiring skills for independence and academic success
Qualifications:

Valid state certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired

Experience working with K–12 students in educational settings
-
Strong understanding of Braille, assistive technology, and adaptive tools

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Previous school-based experience preferred
