Teacher of the Visually Impaired Position Available near White Plains, MD

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a School Psychologist for a position in the White Plains, MD area. This role will involve providing essential psychological support to students within a school environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff and parents
- Provide counseling and intervention services to students experiencing academic, social, or emotional difficulties
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to address student concerns and develop appropriate interventions
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide initiatives to promote a positive school climate
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or related field
- Valid School Psychologist certification/license in Maryland
- Previous experience working as a School Psychologist preferred
- Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
