• The Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) provides optimal vision services to students on his/her caseload, fulfilling each student’s particular mandate
• Works with students in academic sessions as well as classroom activities in order to provide appropriate adaptations for the students’ visual needs
• Keep up to date with students' IEP and stay on top of progress reports

Teacher for the Visually Impaired Job Requirements:

• Must have an active TVI license in South Dakota
