Key Qualifications:

- Experience working as a Teacher for the Visually Impaired (TVI) strongly preferred

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for partnerships with educators, families, and support staff
- Commitment to meeting time-sensitive credentialing requirements, including background checks and fingerprinting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to students with visual impairments across various school sites (assignments to be finalized by the district)
- Develop and implement individualized education plans in collaboration with IEP teams
- Provide consultative support and adaptations to ensure accessible learning environments
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction to maximize growth and independence
- Communicate effectively with families, staff, and school administration regarding student progress and resources
