What you’ll need:
- Valid Florida Professional TVI license
- OMS Certification (required)
- Background in testing/screening students
- Experience with both direct and consultative/indirect services
- Experience in school-based settings preferred, but not necessary
- Comfortable supporting and traveling between up to 13 schools weekly
- Willingness to complete time-sensitive credentialing and onboarding
What you’ll do:
- Deliver direct and indirect services for approximately 15-20 visually impaired students, grades K-12
- Consult with staff, complete student screenings, and provide monthly consultative services as needed
- Support a diverse caseload across various schools with the district office as your homebase
- Collaborate to create a schedule tailored to your needs, balancing weekly and commute logistics
- Work both independently and with school teams to meet students’ unique needs
