- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and flexibility in adapting to student needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct instruction to students with visual impairments in both individual and group settings.
- Assess student needs and progress, maintaining thorough documentation and reporting.
- Consult with classroom teachers to ensure accessible curriculum and environments.
