Completing 4 hours per month dedicated to data collection, graphing, and ARCs (Assessment, Review, and Communication) preparation.

Conducting evaluations amounting to approximately 3 hours per month, dependent on student evaluation timelines.

Making up missed instructional service minutes from August and September, adding about 5 extra hours monthly.
