Responsibilities include:
- Delivering approximately 12 hours per month of direct instruction, adapting to monthly variations ranging from 3 to 6 hours based on school session lengths.
- Completing 4 hours monthly for data management, graphing, and ARC preparation to ensure accurate progress tracking.
- Conducting evaluations around 3 hours per month, timed according to student assessment schedules.
- Compensating for missed service minutes from August and September by adding approximately 5 service hours monthly.
- Collaborating virtually with educational and support staff to support student learning goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification and experience as a Teacher for the Visually Impaired.
- Proficiency in delivering telehealth services and remote instructional techniques.
- Understanding of IEP requirements and special education regulations.
- Strong data management and evaluation skills.
- Ability to manage fluctuating weekly workloads and maintain effective communication with educational teams.
