- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Skilled in providing both direct services and consultative support.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct instruction and consultation according to each student’s IEP.
- Attend meetings related to student progress and educational planning as needed.
- Provide indirect (non-contact) services, including thorough documentation, reporting, and communication related to IEP activities.
- Adapt instructional materials and strategies to meet individual student needs across multiple sites.
- Serve as a resource for staff and families on best practices in visual impairment education.
