Desired Qualifications:
- Valid California license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
- Meets all state regulatory requirements for Assistive Technology professionals, including credentials or formal degrees as mandated by educational agencies
- Previous experience supporting students with assistive technology in a school setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct onsite assessments to determine students’ assistive technology needs
- Collaborate closely with educators, therapists, and families to develop and implement individualized solutions
- Train students and staff on assistive devices and software
- Monitor and adjust technology interventions for optimal student outcomes across K-12 caseloads
- Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere at each site
