Key Qualifications:
- Active Professional Educator’s License (PEL) with proper visual impairment endorsement
- Master’s Degree required
- Minimum of 5 years’ school-based experience
- Extensive mentoring, coaching, or staff training experience preferred
- Ability to complete timely credentialing requirements, including fingerprinting
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional vision-related services to students across multiple schools
- Support, guide, and mentor new and returning staff
- Lead best practices implementation and resource advocacy within the department
- Provide comprehensive support to students, families, and schools in alignment with departmental standards
