1:1 1:1 Pediatric Teacher for the Visually Impaired (TVI) | North Little Rock, Arkansas

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required (B.A. minimum)
- State certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired necessary
- Experience supporting students 1:1 in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Ability to develop and implement individualized instructional plans
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with families, staff, and related service providers
- Commitment to fostering student independence and confidence
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction and adaptive strategies to address each student’s unique needs
- Collaborate closely with IEP teams to ensure individualized objectives are met
- Utilize assistive technology and adaptive materials designed for students with visual impairments
