Virtual Teacher of Visually Impaired in AK

A contract opportunity is available for a Visually Impaired Teacher specializing in telehealth services, based in Anchorage, Alaska. This role focuses on providing specialized educational support to students with visual impairments through remote instructional methods.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering tailored instructional sessions and resources to students with visual impairments via telehealth platforms.
• Collaborating with educational teams to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that meet student-specific needs.
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting instructional strategies accordingly.
• Providing training and guidance to families and caregivers on supporting visually impaired learners at home.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with educational standards and regulations.

Qualifications and experience desired:
