Virtual Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) | Oregon

This position involves delivering specialized educational support for visually impaired students through telehealth services in a school setting. The role requires expertise in adapting instructional methods and materials to meet the unique needs of students with visual impairments, ensuring access to a comprehensive and accessible learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored instruction and support to students with visual impairments via telehealth platforms.
• Develop and modify educational materials to accommodate visual accessibility.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
