Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Experience with assistive technology integration in pediatric care preferred

- Prior experience in a school setting is advantageous but not required
- Excellent communication, organizational, and critical-thinking abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 nursing care, supporting PreK and Kindergarten students with healthcare needs during school hours
- Collaborate with educational teams and families to implement assistive technology solutions that foster student inclusion and independence
- Monitor, document, and report student health status and any interventions or treatments provided
- Develop and maintain care plans tailored to each student's unique medical and educational requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute nursing insights to inform educational accommodations and transitions
- Respond promptly to any health emergencies, ensuring student safety at all times
