What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) or higher from an accredited institution
- Active state certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired
- Previous experience working with pediatric populations, especially within a 1:1 instructional environment
- Ability to develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) focused on each student’s strengths and needs
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with school staff and families
- Flexible, adaptive mindset to support both academic and social-emotional growth for visually impaired students
- Must be open to an on-site role; travel professionals are encouraged to apply
Key responsibilities:
- Providing individualized instruction and support to visually impaired students in a 1:1 setting
