Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Maryland teaching certificate with Vision endorsement (MSDE)

- Recent experience teaching students with visual impairments
- Ability to manage travel between school sites within a defined cluster
- Up-to-date on House Bill 486 background checks, fingerprinting, and employment history review
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct vision services as identified in IEPs for a geographically organized school cluster
- Attend and contribute to virtual IEP meetings while on-site
- Adapt service delivery based on students’ needs and your Braille expertise
- Foster independence and academic success in visually impaired students
- Collaborate with other TVIs, O&M staff, and multidisciplinary teams
