This role is based in the vibrant area near Ceres, CA—a region known for its inviting communities, scenic parks, and accessibility to California’s renowned natural beauty. Working as a TVI in an itinerant, part-time (20 hours per week) capacity for the 2026/2027 school year, you’ll travel between campuses, collaborating with different teams and developing expertise in multiple teaching models. Qualifications:
- Certification or credentials as a Teacher for the Visually Impaired (TVI) required
- Experience providing direct and consultative services to visually impaired students
- Ability to travel between campuses as an itinerant educator
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction and support to students with visual impairments
- Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct vision assessments and communicate progress to educators and families
- Travel to multiple sites weekly to ensure student needs are met across campuses
- Participate in professional development and contribute to program improvement
