Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Certified Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) or eligible for certification
• Experience working with students in K-12 settings, preferably in a school environment
• Strong knowledge of Braille, assistive technology, and adaptive materials
• Collaborative mindset and effective communication skills with educators, families, and support staff
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and modify curriculum to meet diverse needs
• Organized, flexible, and passionate about advocating for inclusivity in education

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction and support to students with visual impairments across a range of grade levels
