- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work closely with general educators, administrators, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, individualized instruction for a 6th-grade student, fulfilling two 30-minute sessions monthly as specified in the IEP
- Consult with classroom teachers to implement accessibility accommodations and ensure all materials and lessons are accessible
- Advise on the use of assistive technology and strategies for accessibility within school routines and academic tasks
- Monitor progress, assess the effectiveness of interventions, and regularly communicate with the educational team regarding the student's needs
- Maintain timely documentation to ensure compliance with IEP requirements and support student success
