- Prior experience as an Assistive Technology Specialist or related role in an educational or therapeutic setting
- Strong knowledge of assistive hardware and software, including communication devices and accessibility tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, therapists, administrators, and families
- Excellent communication, training, and organizational skills
- Background in special education, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, or a related field preferred
- Relevant certification or advanced training in assistive technology is a plus
