1:1 Pediatric Assistive Technology Specialist Therapist (AT) - Richland, Washington

You will deliver individualized, 1:1 clinical support, ensuring safety, stability, and access to learning from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM during the school week.
What You’ll Bring:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State
- Pediatric or school-based nursing experience preferred
- Familiarity with assistive technology in health care or education settings
- Strong clinical nursing skills, with critical thinking and adaptability
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to communicate compassionately with students, families, and school staff
- Willingness to provide hands-on medical support during transportation and all school activities
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver continuous 1:1 nursing care for a student with complex needs, aligned with medical orders and school procedures
- Monitor health status and provide necessary interventions throughout the school day
- Assist with and utilize assistive technology as required for student support
- Ensure safety and well-being on the special education bus and during all school functions
- Collaborate with school teams and families to support student participation and educational access
- Maintain thorough documentation and medication administration
