Caseload Information
- Elementary School Students

- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to provide individualized instruction and accommodations
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide specialized instruction aligned with student goals
- Modify curriculum and instructional materials as needed
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations
Qualifications
- Active Alabama Special Education Teacher License (K-5)
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
- Experience working with students with varying learning needs preferred
- Ability to support students with a wide range of disabilities
