1:1 Pediatric Long-Term Teacher for the Visually Impaired (TVI) | Burnsville, Minnesota

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) required
- Valid state certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired
- Demonstrated experience providing 1:1 instruction or support, especially in pediatric settings
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and colleagues
- Commitment to fostering independence and academic success for students with visual impairments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction and adapt curriculum materials for a visually impaired student in alignment with their IEP
- Collaborate closely with general education staff, related service providers, and families
- Develop and implement instructional strategies and accommodations to meet student-specific needs
