- Comfortable working collaboratively with a range of educational professionals and support staff
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage individualized instruction for students with varying levels of need
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide direct instruction tailored to the abilities and goals of each student
- Develop, modify, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, administrators, and families to promote student growth and inclusion
- Serve as an advocate and resource for students, providing guidance on assistive technology and accessible materials
- Monitor and document student progress, adapting strategies as needed to foster continued development
This contract role offers a competitive hourly rate between $39 and $43, commensurate with experience and credentials, for 37.5 hours each week.
