Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized instruction plans tailored for visually impaired students
- Adapt curriculum materials and use assistive technology to ensure accessibility
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, staff, and families to support student success and inclusion
- Assess students’ progress, adjust teaching methods, and provide ongoing documentation
- Provide direct instruction in areas such as braille, orientation and mobility, and the use of specialized equipment
