Key Qualifications:

- Ability to work full-time, on-site; candidates willing to travel are welcome
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 instruction and support tailored to a visually impaired student’s unique learning needs
- Adapt curriculum and classroom materials to ensure accessibility and engagement
- Partner with classroom teachers, therapists, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Track and assess student progress, making data-driven instructional decisions
- Offer advocacy and assistive technology guidance to maximize student independence
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication regarding goals and progress
