Position Details:

- Ability to adapt curriculum and learning environments to support diverse student needs

Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction and adapt curriculum materials for students with visual impairments
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct instruction in Braille, orientation and mobility concepts, daily living skills, and use of assistive technologies
- Consult with classroom teachers and staff to create accessible classroom environments
- Conduct assessments, maintain documentation, and participate in ongoing student progress reviews
- Offer support, guidance, and resources to students’ families
