Qualifications & Desired Experience:

- Ability to collaborate with general education staff, families, and support teams
- Organized, flexible, and committed to student-centered instruction
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group instruction to students with visual impairments, in accordance with IEPs and 504 plans
- Conduct ongoing assessments and adjust educational plans as needed
- Support the use of specialized materials, equipment, and technology that aid student learning
- Consult with classroom teachers and staff to ensure accommodations and modifications are effectively implemented
- Provide guidance to families on supporting learning and accessibility at home
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services provided
