Qualifications:
- Active Teacher of Students with Visual Impairments (TSVI) license required
- Experience supporting K-12 students with visual impairments preferred
- Flexible, collaborative, and proactive approach to changing caseloads
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Serve approximately 12-15 students (some homebound), across six campuses, with assignments and caseloads evolving as needed
- Develop and implement individualized educational plans for students with visual impairments
- Work closely with general and special education staff to facilitate student success
- Provide direct instruction and access support in academic, mobility, and daily living skills
