Key Qualifications:

  • Valid TSVI (Teacher of Students with Visual Impairments) licensure
  • Experience or strong interest in K-12 education with visually impaired students
  • Flexibility to serve multiple campuses and adapt to a dynamic caseload
  • Commitment to on-site work; virtual options are not available

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct instruction and support for 12-15 students, including homebound learners
  • Collaborate with staff across various elementary and secondary campuses
  • Assess, develop, and implement effective educational plans
  • Serve as an advocate and resource for students, families, and faculty
  • Adjust caseload and schedules as needs evolve throughout the academic year
