Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid SLI credential in Virginia
- Experience working in K-12 settings preferred, especially with elementary-age students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, engaging classroom experience
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver sign language interpretation for students and staff in classrooms, meetings, and activities
- Partner with teachers for the visually impaired to modify instructional content and facilitate accessible learning
- Support clear, accurate communication between students, peers, and teachers
- Help monitor student progress and collaborate on strategies for success
- Maintain accurate records and follow school district policies
