What You’ll Do:
- Provide personalized instruction and support to a high school-aged student with visual impairments in a 1:1 environment for four hours each day.

- Collaborate with classroom educators, specialized service providers, and family members to maximize student achievement.
- Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate progress and tailor interventions.
- Support student access to technology, mobility aids, and learning tools.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, strategies, and accommodations.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Valid certification or licensure as a Teacher for the Visually Impaired (TVI).
- Experience working with students who have visual impairments, preferably in a K-12 or secondary school setting.
- Strong understanding of assistive technology and strategies for visual impairment.
- Excellent communication, advocacy, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort with both part-time (20 hours/week) and potential full-time roles.
