Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, individualized instruction to a 10th-grade female student requiring Blind/Low Vision support
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and related services to ensure accessibility and inclusion in all learning environments
- Assess student needs, recommend appropriate accommodations, and help secure access to educational materials
- Monitor and document progress; adjust educational strategies as needed to support student goals
- Guide the student in developing life skills, independence, and confidence
- Serve as an advocate and resource for families and school staff regarding best practices
- Maintain compliance with all documentation, legal requirements, and professional standards
