- Comfortable developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction to students with visual impairments, adapting curriculum as needed
- Assess students’ functional vision and learning styles to tailor supports
- Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure inclusion and accessibility
