Key Qualifications:
- Active California Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) Educator Certification required

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver individualized instructional plans for students with visual impairments, adhering to IEP requirements

- Provide direct instruction in specialized skills such as Braille, assistive technology, and orientation and mobility techniques
- Partner with general and special education staff to ensure accessibility and integration of services
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and collaborate with families regarding educational strategies
- Advocate for the needs of students with visual impairments within the school environment
