Required Qualifications:

  • California Education Specialist Instruction Credential (Visual Impairments), or California credential with authorization for visual handicapped students (EL CLAD)
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Previous experience working with visually impaired students is highly desirable
  • Must work onsite—this position is not available for remote or hybrid work

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized instruction and support to students with visual impairments
  • Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs)
  • Adapt curriculum materials and teaching strategies for visual accessibility
  • Collaborate with fellow educators, families, and support staff
  • Foster an inclusive learning atmosphere
