Qualifications and Desired Experience:

- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, encouraging classroom environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess student needs and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Deliver direct instruction and support to students with visual impairments
- Consult with educators and staff to adapt classroom materials and teaching methods
- Collaborate with families to set goals and monitor progress
- Integrate assistive technology and tactile resources into daily lessons
- Participate in school meetings and professional development as needed
