Responsibilities include:
- Providing direct 1:1 support to students with behavioral needs from elementary to high school
- Serving as a “floating RBT” to assist students exhibiting behaviors, particularly those who are Autistic or require Emotional Support
- Developing and implementing individualized instructional and behavioral strategies
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and maintaining thorough documentation
- Working onsite at one school location for the full 2026-2027 school year (August to June), 37.5 hours weekly
Desired qualifications:
- Current RBT certification
- Ability to provide your own supervision
- Experience working with visually impaired, autistic, and emotionally supported students (preferred)
