This travel assignment begins on 8/31/2026 and offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with compensation of $35-40 per hour and weekly pay.

Qualifications:

  • Valid credentials/certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired
  • Proven experience or strong interest in working within school settings
  • Ability to adapt to different school environments
  • Commitment to student-centered, individualized instruction

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to a cluster of schools, delivering vision services as outlined in students’ IEPs
  • Partner with an existing team of 5 TVIs and one Orientation and Mobility Specialist
  • Collaborate with general education staff to support student inclusion and progress
  • Maintain accurate records of services, updates, and assessments
