Key Qualifications:

- Flexibility in managing a diverse caseload across multiple locations
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative services to a caseload of 18 students (13 with IEPs and 5 with 504 accommodation plans), including those learning Braille
- Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams to adapt curricula and environments for visually impaired students
- Assess students’ abilities and needs, develop individualized teaching strategies, and monitor progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, document services, and maintain compliance with district and state requirements
- Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
