Desired Skills and Experience:
- Certification as a Teacher for the Visually Impaired required
- Experience working with visually impaired students in a school setting preferred
- Familiarity with sign language interpretation and accessible instructional methods a plus
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, and families
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to district standards and unique student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction and support for students with visual impairments across multiple grade levels
- Implement specialized strategies, tools, and resources to meet diverse learning goals

- Prepare for and participate in ARD meetings, providing insights and progress reports
