Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction and adaptations for students with visual impairments across K-12 levels
- Assess students’ functional vision and learning needs; develop and implement individualized lesson plans
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to ensure accessibility and promote student success
- Provide direct and consultative services as outlined in students' IEPs
- Support district staff with training and resources related to visual impairments
- Maintain accurate records of progress, interventions, and program outcomes
Job Details:
- Contract position beginning ASAP with service through May 2027
- Part-time schedule: 20 hours per week, over 2–3 days weekly
