Key Qualifications:

- Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring IEPs tailored to support student access and achievement
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Commitment to onsite instruction—virtual candidates will not be considered for this position
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct instruction and support tailored to the unique needs of students with visual impairments across various school sites
- Adapt curriculum materials and classroom environments to enhance accessibility
- Conduct assessments and maintain documentation to monitor student progress, in accordance with district policies
- Consult with general educators and support teams to promote inclusive practices and facilitate student success
- Provide training and resource recommendations to staff and families on best practices and assistive technology
