Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Georgia Educator Certificate for Teachers of the Visually Impaired (TVI) required.
- Prior experience as a TVI in school settings preferred, with openness to collaborating on caseload assignments.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with both students and professional staff.
- Capability and willingness to maintain daily service documentation in alignment with district policies.
- Candidates must be comfortable with onsite work; remote (VOCO) options are not considered for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective instructional and support services to students with visual impairments.
- Adapt materials and strategies to accommodate varying needs.
- Maintain detailed daily logs to track student progress and service delivery.
- Partner with the school team to facilitate an inclusive educational experience.
