Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in elementary, secondary, and/or special education

- Analytical, able to apply both data and empathy in decision-making
- Professional, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Ability to travel between school sites daily; reliable transportation required
- Drug screening and fingerprinting required as part of employment credentialing
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct educational services to students with visual impairments
- Travel between multiple local schools (itinerant position; assignments flexible)
- Coordinate with teachers, support staff, and the Department of Education
- Obtain, adapt, and prepare accessible instructional materials
- Deliver in-service training for educators on supporting visually impaired students
- Maintain high-quality, reciprocal communication with all stakeholders
- Engage in ongoing data-informed planning and support
- Perform additional duties as assigned
