Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and Visually Impaired Certification required.
- Active Louisiana DOE certification.
- 3+ years’ experience in elementary, secondary, and/or special education.

- Proficiency with assistive technology and Braille instruction.
- Familiarity with orientation and mobility training (preferred).
- Ability to provide own transportation; drug screening and fingerprinting required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel daily among various school sites in the Jefferson Parish area.
- Provide direct instruction and support to visually impaired students.
