Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) Certification/License
- Experience working with K-12 students (preferred)
- Ability to adapt to diverse instructional needs and environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative services to students who are visually impaired across K-12 settings
- Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and support staff
- Employ specialized instructional strategies and adaptive technologies
- Monitor and document student progress
