Qualifications:
- Valid credential as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired
- Experience working with K-12 students with visual impairments in an educational setting

- Flexibility and willingness to support students across various grade levels
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group instruction to students with visual impairments
- Adapt curriculum and materials to meet unique learning needs and access requirements
- Administer functional vision assessments and develop recommendations for support
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement IEPs
- Train staff, families, and students on the use of assistive technology
- Maintain progress records, prepare reports, and participate in meetings as needed
