Key Qualifications:
- Active teaching certification for Visual Impairments (TVI)

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative special education services to students with visual impairments
- Create and adapt educational materials for students, including those using Braille, large print, or audio formats
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ instructional needs and recommend appropriate interventions
- Offer guidance and support to teachers and staff on accommodating visually impaired students in classroom settings
- Monitor student progress and contribute to creating and updating Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Maintain accurate records and participate in meetings with families and colleagues as needed
